With every expert out there telling you you HAVE to focus on Ads, Reels, Instagram, SEO, Adwords- whatever it is they happen to be selling- to make your business a success, it can be SO hard to know who to listen to and where to focus your time.
Here's what I've learnt over time growing my first business and She Owns It. Your small business is much more likely to thrive if you have three things:
1. A Brand Strategy that helps you position your biz strongly and clearly articulates your point of difference
2. A Customer Success Path that makes choosing to buy from you the easy option
3. Courage to promote your brand and a simple Marketing Plan to create sales peaks in your business
Many small business owners simply don't know the absolute power of getting these steps right. It's really common to gloss over your Brand Strategy and Success Path and jump to marketing, and often when you do get to marketing you're throwing mud against the wall hoping it will stick with little results!
I get it because I did it for many years- and I paid the price!
What it meant that I was spending time on social media, spending money on advertising driving and audience to my website, but those people weren't converting to customers. My customer experience just wasn't strong enough to compel people to buy and I lost a lot of time and money as they found alternative options or lost interest in my offer.
What I hope for you is this.
Even if you don't have a big enough budget to get professional support with these things, that this training, and our others trainings at She Owns It, will help you get a better understanding of the power of these processes.
There is a LOT you can do yourself, and improving just one thing a time will make a big difference.
