Hi! I'm Rach 👋

In my first biz I felt so isolated- without the right support.

I knew I needed connections and guidance but with my bootstring budget and DIY approach I didn't feel like I fit in with 'proper' business coaching and networking groups.

So I sat in business groundhog day, too scared to reach out for help. And it was hard.

​When I returned to Aotearoa I spoke to SO many women who felt the same way- so determined and capable but struggling with biz confidence and know how.

​There was a gap in the market for places women could go to learn & grow as founders in a safe, non judgemental space.

So I created She Owns It. A no silly questions platform brimming with biz insight, varied perspectives and meaningful conversations where confidence and businesses flourish.

06/2016

We launched to the world! A free Facebook Group that's now grown to over 12,000 strong

01/2017

Our Membership launched! Over 100 Founding Members who've gone on to help us shape the Membership and many of whom remain an integral part of our community today 🙏🏼

2018

A rebrand from our original name The WE (Women Entrepreneurs) Network to She Owns It! My son Timmy is born, completing our wee whānau (or so we thought) ❤️

2019

We launch an exciting brand partnership with Facebook

2020

Surprise!! We had another baby. In between lockdowns and world chaos, my second daughter Rosie was born- I now have three children, 6, 2 and newborn 🥴

2021/ 22

With over 800 Members in our Membership, I take a conscious step back from growth to make it through Covid with my young family in tact, focussing on supporting our Members.

2023

We kick off our events again! So far I've visited Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton and Christchurch bringing our crew together, and our local hosts around the country kickstart monthly meetups. Yah!
