Meet our MC and Keynote Speaker!
As we countdown until the NZ Small Business Awards, weโre so excited to share some of the people helping us put the event together.
Weโre delighted that Alice from Ask Alice NZ will be our MC for the evening.
With five years of experience, Alice has helped over 300 businesses and organizations enhance their online presence, build communities, and drive consistent sales through her business Ask Alice.
We're so excited to be welcoming Alice as our MC for the NZ Small Business Awards evening!
โAlice is passionate about creating opportunities for women to connect, learn, and grow. She works in a number of spaces to uplift and empower women in business (and is planning a biz conference in Gisborne next year!).
โAlice takes pride in her extensive voluntary contributions to the community. For her work, she has been recognized as a nominee for Young New Zealander of the Year 2017, is a Kiwibank Local Hero, and a four-time recipient of the Gisborne Volunteer Centre Youth Award.
Since suffering a life-changing injury in 2018, Aliceโs "why" became to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders, showing that with resilience and confidence, anyone can create their own version of success.
And joining us on the stage as our keynote speaker is Kristy Campbell, the founder of Pink Pony Creative and a three-time Adobe MAX speaker.
She has built bold brand identities for clients worldwide and grown a business that has taken her to international stages. She is also someone who has lived the reality of building something from scratch, navigating the seasons that test you, figuring out who you are as a founder when everything is changing at once, and doing all of it while building a life and family too.
Kristy is our fabulous keynote speaker for the upcoming NZ Small Business Awards!! She will be joining us on the 14th October for the kind of inspiring talk that makes you feel less alone in what you are building and more certain about where you are going.
Kristy is not joining us to hand you a framework or a checklist. She is here to tell you the truth about what it actually looks like to build something you are proud of. The pivots, the highs, the lows, the social media era that changed everything, what growing a team really means, and how she holds it all together as a mother and a founder and a woman who refuses to quit.
