Sarah Greener is a business consultant, founder of The Moxie Movement, and the author of The Off Switch. She brings 20 years of building, buying, and selling real businesses to every conversation she leads, (a boat charter company navigated through the Global Financial Crisis, a restaurant run with a team of 90, an Airbnb, and a retail business) all while raising a family and relocating from New Zealand to Thailand.
Her work is grounded in a premise that the business advice space has been slow to name plainly: the frameworks, revenue strategies, and leadership models most women in business follow were built for the default human. The default human does not carry 70% of the unpaid labour at home, make decade-scale decisions with a child on their hip, or run a business on the margins of a life already running at capacity. She does.
The Moxie Movement exists to fix the structure, not the woman. Sarah works with established business owners, women who have already built something real and are ready to build it properly, to redesign their business and their life so that both can run simultaneously, sustainably, and profitably. The work delivers three outcomes: Generous Capacity (the energy to lead across every role she holds), Enduring Strength (a business that runs and grows without her constant presence), and Rewarding Returns (profit structures that pay her as both employee and shareholder).
Sarah has achieved location freedom with her businesses, retaining her full team through the disruptions of the global pandemic, and speaks with the kind of authority that comes only from having done what she teaches. She is not a business theorist or academic; she has scar tissue from doing it herself - then and now.
